(NBCI) has been able to successfully license the green cement technology, invented in Florida, USA, for the first time in India. NBCI holds the master license for India and several other Asian countries and they expect to have the first operational plant producing 1,000,000 metric tons per year; and by the end of the year, they expect to have seven plants fully operational. The Navrattan Blue Crete cement is the complete replacement of traditional OPC and is much safer, cheaper, reliable and stronger than Portland cement.

 “This Eco-friendly cement technology is set to change a century old cement industry in India”, said Mr. Himanshu Verma in a very confident voice. It is his this positivity and confidence in himself which has taken him from a small town in Punjab to leave a mark in India and abroad.
